Processing Time

My processing time is 7-14 days. For example, if you order on July 1st, your nails will be shipped by July 15th. Please refrain from sending messages during the processing period (7-14 days after ordering) to ask when your nails will ship. I will reach out to you if anything should change.

Why is my processing time 1-2 weeks? One set can take anywhere from 1 to 5 hours. Additionally, I juggle school, work, and my small business activities. I'm always doing my best to manage time efficiently!

Shipping

Please understand that shipping time begins after the processing time ends.

If you make a mistake before a shipping label is made, you can email polipress.nails@gmail.com and we'll fix it.

Returns/Cancellations/Chargebacks

Due to the nature of the products, I do not offer returns or cancellations. Please ensure you are committed to your order before placing it.

This policy also includes no refunds or cancellations due to not receiving products in time. Please read my Processing Time section to understand why my nails take the time that they do.

No refunds will be issued due to sizing. Sizing is the customer's responsibility. It is highly suggested you order a sizing kit for any shape you want to try, as sizes may differ for some shapes. When purchasing, customers agree to have read store policies, including policies concerning shipping, processing times, and refunds.

In most cases, refunds will not be issued due to "not being happy with the design". Because each set is hand-painted, sets may vary slightly. I am happy to re-paint designs in certain cases.

If you have an issue with your order, please reach out to me via email to discuss how we may solve it. I will always do my best to remain flexible and find the best solution. If a customer submits a chargeback or requests an inquiry with their bank over an order, they will be refused future orders from Poli Press.

Sizing

The client is always responsible for sizing. The client must have their sizes before ordering, or purchase a sizing kit along with their order. If a client orders a sizing kit along with their order and doesn't find a perfect fit, the client should choose the next closest size. There will be no refunds based on sizing.

If the client fails to input their sizes in the order, the set(s) will be made in a size medium. If the medium does not fit, there will be no refunds or cancellations.

Sizing will not be the same across all shapes. If you have ordered before/sent me your sizes for a certain shape before, I have that shape's sizes on file, no worries! If you remember them yourself, typing them in the notes box when checking out would still be a big help!

The product is reusable, contingent on how well they are taken care of.
